Visiting our carts
Where are your carts located? +
We currently operate two mall carts: Portal Mall in General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite (2nd Floor) and Centro Mall in Cabuyao, Laguna (Ground Floor). Both are open 10am to 9pm daily.
Do you accept e-wallets like GCash or Maya? +
Yes. We accept cash, GCash, and Maya at both locations.
Are you a franchise? Can I open one? +
No. Swirly Ice Cream is a family-run brand under JMML Food Hub and we do not franchise. We operate every cart ourselves.
How much are your cones? +
Regular Cone Twirl is ₱25. With Dip is ₱31. Giant Swirly starts at ₱35 regular or ₱41 with dip. See the full menu for sundaes and floats.
What flavors do you have? +
Ice cream flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Mixed, plus a Flavor of the Day that rotates. Dip flavors: Chocolate, Strawberry, Ube. Sundae flavors include Brown Sugar Bobba, Blueberry Swirly, Strawberry Swirly, Mango Swirly, Choco Oreo Swirly, and Coke Float.
Can I place a group order for a birthday or event? +
Yes. Reach out via the contact page a few days in advance and we'll coordinate the best option — pre-orders, on-site setup, or a large batch.
When are you launching High Protein Ice Cream and Swirly Yogurt? +
Both are in development. Sign up on the home page and we'll email you the moment they're live — no other emails, we promise.

What do you supply to other businesses? +
Soft serve premixes, ice cream cones (wafer and waffle), syrups and dips, cups and packaging, toppings, and equipment including soft serve machines and freezers.
Do you have a minimum order? +
Minimums are flexible and depend on the product category. We work with everyone from single-cart operators to multi-branch cafés. Request the catalogue and we'll walk you through what makes sense for your volume.
Do you ship nationwide? +
Yes, we ship across the Philippines through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timeline depends on your location — we'll confirm before you commit.
Are your products the same as what you serve? +
Yes. We supply the same premium premix, cones, and syrups we use at our own carts. We test everything ourselves before it goes into the catalogue.
Do you offer training or setup help for new operators? +
Yes, informally. Since we run our own carts, we're happy to share what we've learned — machine settings, waste management, topping ratios, pricing psychology. Ask us.
How do I get pricing? +
Fill out the request form on the supply page. We reply within one business day with a PDF catalogue including product options and pricing tiers based on your volume.
